Delivery teams and vendors remain responsible for their assigned implementation work. Execution responsibilities, availability and cadence must be defined in the engagement.

How is this different from a one-time assessment?

Fractional CTO supports ongoing leadership and oversight. A defined assessment or a specific technology decision may be better served by Technology Due Diligence or Technology Consulting.

Will Proteck replace our technology team?

The engagement is designed around the organization and the team already in place. Leadership, oversight and execution responsibilities are agreed explicitly.

Is implementation included?

Only when it is expressly part of the agreed scope. Ongoing advisory work does not imply that Proteck owns every delivery task or guarantees its outcome.

How often will we work together?

The cadence and availability depend on your needs and the agreed engagement. We define them before work begins.
